'Por la cultura nacional' (For The National Culture), now in the private collection of the University of Arizona, is part of a group of works by Filiberto Mora ironically exploring the close links between Cuban and North American culture.

'Monumento a la película del Sabado' (Monument for the Saturday Night Movie) is a Filiberto Mora piece which comes from the series 'Cuban-US Friendship', sub-series 'I Hate You My Love', celebrating the watching of North American movies in Cuba despite the 40 year trade blockade.
